WARRANTY CLAIMS
Sometimes, even the highest quality products can show early signs of wear or have an unforeseen defect. If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from The Bedroom Store, we’re here to help. Please fill in and submit the form below. A Sleep Specialist will respond to your submission within 5 business days to help you with your claim.
- Only one claim per submission.
- All claims must be able to produce the original bill of sale.
- Claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period.
- It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found incorrect or fraud.
- The Bedroom Store reserves the right to require defective parts be returned upon request.
