Free Local Delivery

The Bedroom Store offers free local delivery on purchases over $1,199 within a 15 mile radius of any of our 5 St. Louis Metro and Metro East retail locations. If you live outside the delivery radius, delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.

Customer Service will call the day prior to your delivery and give you an estimated three (3) hour delivery time window for the following day. Please be home in your 3 hour time window. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact Customer Service at 314-569-3669 to reschedule your delivery date.

Any requested time: Our drivers will try to meet the requested time. However, we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Prior to Delivery

The room in which the merchandise is to be delivered must be cleared and ready for delivery. A cleared path to the room must also be available.

Removal: If we are removing an old bed, it needs to be dismantled and ready prior to delivery of the new merchandise.

Standard Bed: We only take mattresses and box springs. We do NOT take bed frames.

Waterbed: We will only take the top covers and foundations. We will NOT take bladders or any wood frames.

We ship all Bedroom Store merchandise via FEDEX ground track or FEDEX freight. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order. Once your order has been processed it is carefully prepared for shipping. Your item(s) will arrive between 6 and 8 business days after it leaves our warehouse. All items purchased from include FREE shipping, (with the exception of Bedroom Furniture, Bedroom case pieces and any item designated "local delivery only"), if you live in the 48 contiguous states, excepting California. If your bed is shipping to California, a nominal shipping charge will be added at checkout.  If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call a Bedroom Store Sleep Specialist at 314-569-3669 to determine if shipping to your location can be achieved for an additional cost. Freight Delivery

If you purchased a Power Base your entire order will ship via a freight line of our choice. (The Power Base 5 is shipped via FEDEX) If your order is being shipped via common freight carrier, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after leaving our facility. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's pick-up location they will call you to set up a delivery appointment. Most delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. If you do not accept delivery during your appointment window you will be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges. The products will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of the delivery address. It is your responsibility to transport the product(s) inside. At the time your merchandise leaves the warehouse, we will email you the tracking information and you can contact the shipper directly. Please make sure that you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Optional White Glove Service

For an additional $199, you can rest easy while your new mattress and/or adjustable bed is set up for you. If you select White Glove Delivery, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for delivery after you order leaves our facility. Service will be scheduled at time that is convenient for you. Service includes delivery, set up and removal of packing materials. Select White Glove Delivery as your shipping option at checkout.
