90 NIGHT COMFORT GUARANTEE

The Bedroom Store offers a 90 Night Comfort Guarantee on all mattress purchases. We want you to be comfortable, supported and happy with your purchase, so we guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back! Quality sleep is integral to a healthy life and our Sleep Experts have the knowledge and tools to help you find the right mattress. To take advantage of the comfort guarantee you must sleep on your mattress for at least 21 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface. If you are not satisfied with the new mattress after the 21 nights, you may choose from one of the following options:

Exchange

In the case of an exchange, contact your salesperson or customer service within 120 days of your original purchase and set a time to visit the showroom to select a new mattress. You will receive a full credit on your original purchase towards any mattress in our showroom. There will be a $99 service charge for the exchange, which covers picking up the old mattress and delivering the new mattress, plus a 10% Restocking Fee. There is only one (1) exchange allowed per customer. The second mattress will be your final mattress and will not qualify for a comfort guarantee or a refund.

Cancellation/Refund

In the case of a complete cancellation, contact your salesperson or customer service within 90 days of your original purchase and set a time for the mattress to be picked up from your home. There will be a $99 service charge for the removal of your mattress set as well as a 20% restocking fee. The remainder of the mattress purchase will be refunded in full according to our refund policy, less applicable local and state sales taxes.

Exclusions apply. The Bedroom Store is unable to replace, exchange, or refund any stained, unsanitary or damaged mattresses. If the returning merchandise is found to be stained, unsanitary, or damaged upon pick-up, our driver partners will not be able to exchange/replace the mattress, and you will be charged the $99 delivery fee for the attempted delivery. The Bedroom Store encourages all customers to purchase a water-proof mattress protector during your original purchase to keep your Comfort Guarantee in place. Removing the law tag from the mattress or foundation will void your Comfort Guarantee. The Bedroom Store’s Comfort Guarantee does not apply to any close-out, discontinued, floor model, or special order size (California King, etc.) merchandise. Your Comfort Guarantee also excludes pillows, protectors, furniture, adjustable bases, sheets, bedding, or any other accessories sold by The Bedroom Store. Safety First

If a customer returns his or her mattress during the Sleep Trial or because of the manufacturer's warranty, The Bedroom Store's delivery drivers are required to inspect the mattress and its foundation prior to accepting the returned or exchanged product(s). If your bed is found to be without its original law tags, unsanitary, stained, damaged by you or contaminated with insects, the product cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. The Bedroom Store drivers are not allowed to remove contaminated mattresses or foundations.
