Promotion Details

Make a purchase in store at the Bedroom Store that includes at least one (1) mattress and totals $3,000 or more before taxes and any fees during the 2023 regular season, beginnng April 24, 2023 and ending October 1, 2023. If the St. Louis Cardinals win the 2023 final championship series between the American League and National League, you’ll be eligible to receive half the purchase price of your mattress back, not including taxes or fees, including delivery fees.

Purchase must be made during the regular 2023 season between the dates of April 24, 2023, to October 1, 2023. No purchase made after 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 1, 2023 will qualify for promotion entry, nor will any purchase made before April 24, 2023. Customers must make a one-time purchase totaling $3,000 or more at The Bedroom Store before taxes and fees (including delivery fees and interest fees) to be eligible.

$3,000 minimum purchase must include at least one (1) mattress of any size or brand. The eligible entry purchase must reach a minimum of $3,000 after any other discounts and before taxes or delivery fees.

In the event that the St. Louis Cardinals do not win the 2023 final championship series between the American League and National League, The Bedroom Store will not be responsible for refunding any part of a purchase made by customers in order to qualify for this promotion.

Restrictions

This agreement is voided should any portion of the purchase be returned and/or the entire purchase amount is not paid in full. All sales are deemed final. Mattress Comfort exchanges of equal or greater value within 90 days of the original date of purchase and before Oct. 1, 2023, will be accepted. Your original acknowledgement form from your initial purchase will be voided and a new acknowledgement form will be generated based upon the new mattress model and purchase price.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older and have completed a qualifying purchase of $3,000 or more at any local Bedroom Store Location by Oct 1, 2023. Not valid for online purchases. The entire purchase must be paid in full via cash, credit or financing. Layaway purchases are not eligible for this promotion. Complete Terms and Conditions

These Mattress Promotion Rules (the “Promotion”) are made and entered into effective the date that the underlying purchase is entered into (the “Effective Date”) by and between Royal Waterbeds, Inc d/b/a The Bedroom Store (“TBS”) and the Purchaser (“YOU” or YOUR”). Pursuant to the Terms & Conditions contained herein, any Qualifying Purchase YOU make will be subject to a refund of one-half (½) of the amount paid for YOUR mattress purchase if the St. Louis Cardinals win the 2023 Final Championship Series.

1. DEFINITIONS:

(a) 2023 Final Championship Series. Refers to the final championship series between the American League and National League, concluding the MLB postseason.

(b) Eligibility. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age by the start of the Regular MLB 2023 Season, as defined in 1(e) below.

(c) Qualifying Purchase. Any single purchase during the regular Major League Baseball (“MLB”) 2023 season of at least Three Thousand and ‰ Dollars ($3,000.00), including a mattress, at a TBS location. The Qualifying Purchase amount listed above shall not include any applicable taxes or fees (including delivery fees and interest fees). To constitute a Qualifying Purchase, all merchandise must be paid for in full and delivered on or before October 1, 2023.

(d) Refund Amount. If all of the required Qualifying Criteria (see below) are met, YOU may be entitled to a refund of one-half (½) of the total amount YOU paid for any mattress included in your Qualifying Purchase.

(e) Regular MLB 2023 Season. Beginning on the 1st day of April 2023 and continuing up through and including the 1st day of October 2023.

2. QUALIFYING CRITERIA:

If all of the following criteria are met, YOU shall be entitled to the Refund Amount detailed in 1(d) above:

(a) YOU made a Qualifying Purchase;

(b) St. Louis Cardinals win the 2023 Final Championship Series; and

(c) YOU submit YOUR fully completed, dated, and signed Mattress Promotion Acknowledgment Form (including a countersignature from an authorized TBS salesperson) via email to AP@BoydSleep.com on or before December 1, 2023.

3. DISQUALIFYING CRITERIA:

In the event that the St. Louis Cardinals do not win the 2023 Final Championship Series, or for any reason said series is not played, this Promotion will cease without any further obligation on the part of TBS, and no refunds or returns shall be made.

4. REFUND PROCEDURES:

(a) After the St. Louis Cardinals win the 2023 Final Championship Series, Refunds will be issued within a reasonable time, not to exceed sixty (60) days, following the date YOU submit YOUR Mattress Promotion Acknowledgment Form.

(b) Refunds will be issued to YOU upon YOUR election to either receive a check or TBS merchandise credit.

5. GENERAL:

(a) Entire Agreement; Amendment. This Promotion constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior contemporaneous oral or written understandings or agreements among the parties which relate to the subject matter hereof. No modification or amendment of this Promotion or any of its provisions shall be binding upon either party unless made in writing and duly executed by authorized representatives of all parties.

(b) Interpretation. If any provision of this Promotion is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, this Promotion shall be deemed null and void, and neither party will have any further legal duties or obligations contained herein.

(c) Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. All disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Missouri state and federal courts in Saint Louis County, Missouri. The parties hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
