Dear Bedroom Store Community,

I speak on behalf of the entire Bedroom Store Staff when I say that the safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. As the impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to share with you the immediate steps we’re taking to keep our community safe and healthy.

Enhanced Cleaning

In addition to our standard cleaning procedures compliant with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, we quickly enhanced our efforts to keep all Bedroom Stores clean and sanitary. We are monitoring all stores to guarantee they are stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies including increased supply of hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. Our cleaning teams perform disinfecting as part of their daily routine and include wiping down merchandise and all surfaces.

In Home Delivery

We’ve have instituted same cleaning and sanitizing guidelines on our delivery trucks and delivery personnel to insure your home will be safe when your product is delivered. Delivery personnel will be wearing surgical gloves as an extra precaution. All product is sanitized before delivery and all mattresses will be delivered in a sealed bag.

Staying Healthy

We’ve directed employees to continue to follow guidelines from the CDC and World Health Organization (WHO) around handwashing and general good health habits. Any team member who exhibits flu-like or respiratory symptoms, such as a fever or cough, is required to stay home. Additionally, for the time being, we’re asking employees to avoid handshaking. If there is any update to this policy it will be sent to everyone in writing in a timely manner.

Limiting Travel

As of February 13th, The Bedroom Store team canceled all non-essential work travel.
